For an international logistics organization at the Maasvlakte, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist Logistics who enjoys connecting customers, Sales and Operations and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Please note: the location is only accessible by private transportation, so having your own transport is required.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for your customers. You make sure their questions are handled quickly and that everything behind the scenes is properly coordinated.

Your responsibilities include:

• Getting to know your customers and building strong, long-term relationships
• Answering customer questions, finding solutions and monitoring customer satisfaction
• Proactively keeping customers informed and responding quickly to changes
• Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations and other departments
• Participating in customer meetings and managing expectations
• Identifying commercial opportunities and discussing them internally
• Making sure agreements are followed and processes run smoothly
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing ideas to optimize processes

• Experience in logistics is an advantage, as is experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written

• You have your own transport to travel to the Maasvlakte
