Production Line Operator

As a Production Line Operator, you are the key player on the shop floor. You earn between €2,723.59 and €3,140.19, have the prospect of a permanent contract, and work in a modern production environment where your initiative counts.

What you will do You set up our modern packaging machines and closely monitor the packaging process. You switch production lines, resolve minor malfunctions, and ensure the quality of the finished product. You work together with team leaders, quality controllers, and the technical department to keep everything running smoothly. You motivate and guide colleagues on the line. You always ensure that hygiene and safety rules are followed. You register process data and actively suggest improvements.

Your day starts in either an early or late shift. The early shift runs from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The late shift starts between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and continues until production and cleaning are finished. Flexibility in end times is important due to workload and production volumes.

You will be working for a major producer of fresh food products. The working environment is clean, modern, and focused on quality and food safety. You will work with dedicated colleagues, communication lines are short, and your ideas are appreciated.

• VMBO or MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience as an operator or in a similar production environment
• Experience with production machines and processes
• Good command of the English language
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
• Dutch and Polish language skills are a plus

• Salary €2,723.59 - €3,140.19 gross per month
