Operator 2-Shifts Purmerend

As an operator in the 2-shift system in Purmerend, you’ll keep the production process running smoothly. You’ll start your shift by setting up the machines and preparing everything for production. Throughout your workday, you’ll monitor the process, make adjustments when needed, and cooperate with your team on the line. You’ll weigh, pack, and label products according to clear guidelines and make sure packaging materials are always available in time. Quality is key: you’ll perform checks for oxygen, allergens, metal detection, and product weights. You’ll solve minor technical issues yourself and call in technical support for bigger problems. At the end of your shift, you and your team will clean the production line for the next crew. The work can be physically demanding and requires quick thinking when disruptions happen, but you’ll always be working together with your colleagues.

• Gross monthly salary between €2722.03 and €3213.30 (excluding allowances)
• 12% shift allowance, 40 hours per week
• 25 vacation days and 9.5 ADV days (full time)
• 4.25% year-end bonus and good pension scheme

• Experience in a production environment
• Vocational (MBO) level of education
• You speak and understand Dutch or English
• Willingness to work 2-shift schedules and sometimes weekends
