CNC Press Brake Operator - Metal Bending

As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for bending and forming sheet metal components made from steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. You will work with advanced CNC press brakes, including machines from MVD, Bystronic, and Safan. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, programming and setting up machines, selecting the correct bending parameters, and checking the dimensions and quality of finished products. You will manufacture everything from small precision parts to larger metal structures and cooperate closely with the laser cutting department.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a two-shift system: 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00. The base salary is €16.22 gross per hour, plus a 14% shift allowance, bringing the hourly wage to approximately €18.49 gross. Overtime covered by the 128.5% rate is paid at approximately €20.84 gross per hour.

The work takes place indoors in a professional metal production facility where safety, precision, and quality are essential. The recruitment process includes a practical assessment day, allowing you to demonstrate your CNC bending skills.

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brake machines

• Bending steel, stainless steel, and aluminium according to technical drawings

• Selecting tools and adjusting bending parameters for different products

• Checking dimensions, angles, and the quality of finished components

• Registering work orders in the ERP system and correcting production deviations

• Good communicative English

• Practical experience operating and programming CNC press brake machines

• Ability to independently read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience bending steel, stainless steel, or aluminium with attention to dimensions and quality

• Technical insight, accuracy, and willingness to work in a two-shift system
