Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Jobcoach to join our team in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. As a Jobcoach, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of job seekers by providing guidance and support throughout their employment journey. Your expertise and dedication will help individuals overcome barriers, gain confidence, and develop essential skills required to thrive in the workforce.

As a Jobcoach, you will work closely with job seekers to identify their strengths and interests, set realistic career goals, and create personalized action plans. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support by conducting mock interviews, offering constructive feedback, and connecting job seekers with suitable employers. You will co-create plans for the transportation of employees and accommodation for employees, which you will have to inspect.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with job seekers to assess their abilities, interests, and career aspirations
• Develop personalized plans to help job seekers achieve their employment goals
• Assist job seekers in accessing community resources and support services
• Conduct mock interviews to prepare job seekers for real-life employment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify suitable job openings for job seekers
• Support employees in improving their job performance through feedback, skill-building, and resources.
• Conduct assessments to identify employees' strengths, interests, and areas for development in order to tailor coaching plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are clearly defined and realistic.
• Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators to identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate with different teams to allocate resources and ensure that project tasks are assigned appropriately.

• Driving license
• Language knowledge: Polish B2
• Language knowledge: English B2 or Dutch B2
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in career counseling, job placement, or a related role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate employees.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Solid understanding of community resources and support services
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
