Functie omschrijving

As a dedicated Operator at Royal A-ware, you will be pivotal in the packaging process. You will ensure that our advanced packaging lines perform optimally by:

• Accurately adjusting, operating and monitoring the machines to ensure every cheese is packed perfectly;
• Managing one or two production employees, ensuring a smooth workflow;
• Performing minor maintenance and efficient troubleshooting to minimise downtime;
• Working in a 3-shift system, enjoying flexible working hours and attractive allowances.

• Technical background or experience in a similar position;
• Excellent technical insight and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, for good communication with colleagues;
• A team player who combines hard work with fun, to achieve top results together with your team.
