You are more than a developer. You will need to understand why their assessments are made the way they are made. This requires flexibility. Besides that you will also inerfere on a strategic level to make the right technical decisions with the team.
You will take ownership of the SAAS platform, think along about the design, architecture and ensure that it works safely, reliably and properly.

In the end it is all about the user experience and the users should experience it as pleasantly as possible. In addition to the Saas-platform, they also have several other applications and platforms. For example they have an application that makes it possible to continuously give 360 ​​degrees feedback. In this way, a company and its employees can indicate which competencies they find most important. This can be applied to the new employees. • Working independently on our assessment platform, which was specifically developed for our customers.
• Working closely with the development team, product owner, and UX designer for the assessment platform.
• Writing reusable frontend components in ES6 using React.
• Translating designs to responsive web pages or components.

• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and the ability to apply them in practice
• Experience with version control (we use Git)
• 3 years of experience writing Javascript (not jQuery)
• Experience with React or similar FE framework
• Experience writing responsive HTML and CSS (SASS)
