Your main mission will be maintaining product stability and fostering team satisfaction while the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 20 engineers to ensure effective collaboration and high-performance delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Design) to align engineering efforts with overall business goals.
• Strategize and implement plans for sustainable scaling.
• Prioritize and address technical challenges associated with a high-volume mobile B2C product; find the balance between over- and under-engineering
• Foster a positive and innovative engineering culture while maintaining a stable product.
   

Gevraagd

• Proven experience leading multi-cultural engineering teams in a fast-paced, growth environment. Ideally, you’ve led a tech team from start-up to scale-up phase
• Strong technical background
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and overcome challenges associated with scalability.
• Effective communication skills to align teams and stakeholders on strategic objectives.
