As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and infrastructure. With advanced knowledge in computer hardware, common software applications, and Microsoft operating systems, you will serve as a trusted advisor, resolving technical issues and optimizing IT performance. Your awareness of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and network/server hardware components will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive support services.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user guides/documentation as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to provide proactive support and recommendations to clients.


Gevraagd

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in computer hardware, common software applications, and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and network/server hardware components.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
