Clinichain BV is located in Almere and founded in 2017.
Clinichain is specialized to provide medical equipement which will be used for clinical trials around the world. This will be done from our local warehouse in Almere or via our local partners. On every continent we have trusted local partners who can provide specialized medical equipment for every study.
At the moment we have a team of 18 colleagues and searching for 2 extra. One for Sales Support and one for our Dispatch department who collect all our equipment from the end locations after a study.

For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support a new team member who specializes in assisting our teams at peak times.
We currently have 3 teams and each team consists of an Account Manager (AM) – Project Manager (PM) and an Operations Executive (OPS). All those teams have their own customers and they are responsible for those customers. The AM is responsible for making quotes, finding local suppliers and everything involved in closing the deal. The PMs are responsible for all ongoing studies that Clinichain has. The PM delegates all quote requests to the AM and all work to be executed to the OPS. The PM will have calls periodically to monitor the studies with our customers. The PM is responsible for ensuring that all studies for the client run as smoothly as possible. The OPS will make all shipments and all purchases and keep in close contact with our customers of their equipment.

Your role will be assisting the PM's or OPS when they face a peak moment in their work.

Gevraagd

Minimal MBO or equavaliant
Minimal 3 years of experience in a Support role
English: Speaking and writing good
Dutch: Speaking and writing acceptable
Accurate
Team player - wants to be one of the team instead of acting solo
Loves to attend international calls with customers or vendors
