As a Sales Support employee you are responsible for customer interactions and the execution of sales and project tasks .

• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance.
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal colleagues and external customers.
• Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Independently prepare quotations and send them to potential customers.

Gevraagd

* Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service roles , preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues .
* Ability to work independently and function as part of a team, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in the Dutch and English language is required for effective communication with customers and colleagues .
