Are you ready for an incredible new culinary adventure? We're looking for an exceptional Breakfast Chef with passion and talent, ready to create the ideal breakfast moments. 

Job Description

As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all necessary resources are available for cooks to perform their duties adequately and on time.
• Communicating daily specials, menu changes, and special (dietary) needs of guests to the kitchen staff.
• Acting as a role model in service - preparing and cooking dishes, and keeping the partie tidy and clean.
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Checking incoming goods, such as supplies, ingredients, and pre-fabricated foods.
• Ensuring accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policies, and working conditions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in a similar role and kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards.
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Legally permitted to work in the Netherlands.
