We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Portfolio Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager to develop and manage a client portfolio in alignment with the bank's business strategy and objectives.

Description

• Assist the Account Manager in developing and managing a client portfolio.
• Prepare clients' KYC documentation.
• Process client daily payments efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in the improvement of operational procedures and contribute to product offerings and service quality.
• Prepare for commercial meetings and recommend appropriate ways to present and communicate the bank's products and services.
• Provide financial advice to clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure timely responses to requests from prospects and clients, and monitor the overall process closely.
• Maintain the bank's image and reputation through effective oral and written communication.
• Report any customer complaints to direct management and the Legal & Compliance department.

Gevraagd

* Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications are appreciated.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Dutch major banks is highly valued.
* Experience in Belgium, Luxembourg, or other European countries is appreciated but not compulsory.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (preferred). Dutch language skills would be a plus.
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Initiative, motivation, and trustworthiness.
* A strong interest and sound understanding of Chinese culture, with a willingness to integrate.
