TheproductsandservicesofCustomerDataareessentialfortheeverydayfinancialneedsofourcustomers.Withoutaccesstodataofourcustomersforalljourneysinthebank,customercannotseetheirdata,performatransactionontheir(current)account,closeamortgageorgetabusinessloan;alljourneyswouldfailwithoutaccesstodataofourcustomers.Toensureourcustomersareincontrol,wealsoenableasmoothadministrationoftheirpersonaldata(name,address,etc)andtherolesandmandates.Wedosoforbusinessesandprivateindividuals.Weareresponsibleforthedevelopmentofthewebfeaturesforofferingbestin-classdigitalexperiencetoourcustomers.WithinCustomerDataourteamsareresponsibleforalldigitalflowstomanagecustomerdataviaself-serviceorviaassistedservices.Therefore,onecantrulystate:theproductsandservicesfromtheCustomerDataaretheoxygenofallcustomerinteractionswiththebank.
Role & Responsibilities
AsDevEngineer,youwillhaveakeyroleinensuringthateverythingwedohasqualityandstabilitybykeepingcomplianceinmind.Youareresponsibleforday-todayactivitiesthatrangefrombuildingaproduct,testautomation,monitoring,involveinstandby,incidentandchangemanagement,teststrategy,automateddeploymentsandsupportingtheapplicationintheproductionenvironment.

- Implementingandenforcingqualitycontrols
- Participateinuserstoryrefinement,askallthe“butwhatif”questions,propagateexamplemappingandensureadequateacceptancecriteriaaredefined(functionalaswellasnon-functional)
- EnforcingcompliancewithDefinitionofReadandDefinitionofDone
- Fulltestautomationoffunctionaltestsandregressiontests
- Manualtestingwhenandwhererequired
- SupportingDisasterRecoveryTestsandSecurityPenetrationTesting
- Monitoringthehealthofourapplication,usingtoolslike:KibanaandGrafana
- KeepourapplicationcompliancewithITriskpolicies
- SupportingtheapplicationthroughITILprocesses,amongwhich:Incident,ProblemandChangeManagement
- ManagingandimprovingtheDeploymentPipelineandembeddingqualitycontrolsaspartofit.

- KnowledgeofJava (e.g. Spring Boot 3, Java 17+, mocking and testing frameworks)
- ITILknowledge(Incident,ProblemandChangeManagement)
