The Process Automation Grid 3 (PAG3) is made up of a total of nine teams. All teams are dedicated to building software to accomodate the automation of various processes in various departments. We have currently three teams working for the international subsidieries of the bank (France, Germany and Belgium), one team for Private Banking in the Netherlands, and five teams are building process automation software for the Detecing Financial Crime department. We are an international and dynamic department that values diversity in skills and background.

Beschrijving

As a developer in either of these teams you would be working closely together with both business and IT to deliver value for our clients by rationalizing, optimizing and digitizing processes. To do so you would be utilizing the low-code platform delivered by Tibco, as well as using your problem solving abilities to think critically about how we can help our clients in the best way possible. 

For these positions we are looking for someone that is technical adept and know their way around software engineering and the development lifecycle as well as having a keen interest in solving and understanding the process flows that occur in our domain. But also someone that has social skills and is a good communicator and proactive in their approach to learning and developing their skillset.

Dev tools: Tibco tools ( enterprise development tools, Tibco BPM 4.X, TIBCO BPM Enterprise, Tibco BusinessWorks 6.8), Javascript, SQL, Docker, Azure.

• A critical and problem solving mind matching a Bachelor's level
• Knowledge of and experience in the following technologies: Javascript, SQL, Web services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, Docker, 
• Knowledge of and experience in the following development concepts: CICD, DevOps, Agile Scrum
• A proactive mindset and you take responsibility.
• A passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
• A curiosity for new technologies.
• Good communication and social awareness. 
• Master in Information technolygy is a big plus! (those candidates we will invite first)

Traineeship via Finance Club 
For a whole year you will learn not only on the job but also through additional training sessions and courses facilitated entirely by the Finance Club. These include training sessions to further develop your substantive knowledge and also focus on soft skills development. Think of training in areas such as IT, banking, planning and agenda management, stakeholder management and more. In consultation with you, our happy manager and your manager at ABN AMRO,we will tailor the optimal curriculum for you.

Salary: €3.750 per month
