For a partner of Starapple, I am looking for a motivated technical project leader to replace a manager. This partner is a leading company specialized in the development, production, and sale of machinery for the tire and rubber industry. Since its establishment in 1945, the company has built a reputation as a reliable supplier of advanced production machinery and technological solutions for tire manufacturers worldwide. With its headquarters in the Netherlands and branches and service centers worldwide, our partner plays a significant role in the global tire and rubber industry.

The company is located in the province of Gelderland and has an informal culture focused on teamwork, innovation, and quality. With approximately 1800 employees, including 300 engineers, there is a dynamic mix of talent and expertise. People from almost every country work within this organization, and communication between different countries and factories is also important.

Functie

As a Technical Project Leader .NET/C#, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 8 backend engineers. You will lead in designing and developing new products and features. The team mainly deals with .NET and C#, with significant use of SQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Javascript, Blazor, and SignalR.

In this role, you will be responsible for technical project planning and execution, technical supervision, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. You will closely collaborate with the Product Management Team to develop and execute project plans, considering scope, deadlines, and your team’s resource constraints.

You will define project milestones and deliveries and monitor the methodologies with which projects are executed during the various phases of software development according to the software process (Discovery, Design, and Development). You are responsible for assessing and ensuring the delivered quality of software increments. As part of the responsibilities you carry out in the role, you also support the Product Manager.

Eisen

• C# .NET
• Blazor Microservices, and experience with Agile work is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer
• Completed HBO education in a technical field
• Good communication skills

• Good problem-solving skills

Aanbod

• Salary from €5,100 to €6,617 based on 40 hours
• 8% holiday allowance
• 32 vacation days
• 1 or 2 months bonus per year

• 8 hours of work between 7:00 and 17:30
• Average of 8% to 12% profit sharing towards annual salary
