We are seeking support for the logistics process within an internationally renowned company specializing in cutting-edge products! If you're actively seeking full-time employment and boast a background in logistics and logistics administration, we urge you to apply promptly. English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential as it is the primary language used in the workplace. However, fluency in Dutch is also advantageous.
While an additional language is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite for the role.

what will you do

The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and dedicated to task completion. Previous experience in logistics is imperative, whether acquired through professional endeavors or educational pursuits. As a vital member of the team, the Logistics Coordinator will primarily focus on shipping and receiving tasks while providing comprehensive support to the Logistics Manager across all warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arrange Outgoing Shipments, from preparing packing lists to physically packaging outgoing material.
• Be involved throughout the shipping process.
• Review and compare transportation costs from different vendors, ensure that the outgoing shipment is accurate and well packaged, track shipments and ensure delivery
• Process Incoming Shipments.
• Receive incoming materials, compare what has been shipped with the shipment order, ensure that the materials are in good condition, stock the materials in the warehouse and file all corresponding documentation.
• Manage Warehouse Inventory. Conduct a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inventory of supplies and places orders with vendors as needed.
