Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Lead for our client in Bergen op Zoom.

As a Maintenance Lead, you act as the owner of the Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Scheduling & Planning, and Defect Handling systems where you will be coaching shop-floor team to get the desired business results. You have thorough technical acumen and a strong problem-solving capacity. Collaboration between the production department and the supporting departments is important to fulfil the role successfully. 

Furthermore, you will:

• Lead the planning and participate in the execution of regular maintenance activities
• Assess, prioritize, and manage work notifications and backlog work orders
• Ensure technical documentation for maintenance is available and up-to-date
• Develop technical skills: as a technical expert, ensure the execution of the training plan
• Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies, tasks, and IMS
• Lead the change process of processes/products, including benchmarking and possible introduction to other departments

• Direct contract employment with the client for one year
• Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 50 kilometers one way
• Competitive salary from €3.616,00 to €5.462,00 per month
• Full-time job of 40 hours per week
• 37.5 days off per year (including ADV days)
• 8.33% year-end bonus

Gevraagd

• Minimum of a completed technical bachelor's degree (EQF6) or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Proficient in both Dutch and English (C2) in both speech and writing, due to communication requirements
• Possession of a valid Dutch work permit with a remaining validity of at least nine months, or an EU nationality
• Ability to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

Preferably, you have extensive experience with maintenance concepts and production processes.
