We are looking for five enthusiastic operators to join our team at a leading manufacturer in the metal industry.
Our client produces high-quality metal coils that are transformed into essential products for both the paint and food industries. As an operator, you play a crucial role in this process and are responsible for ensuring smooth production.

What will you do as an operator?
- Ensure that the coils are correctly fed into the machines.
- Modify machines and set them up for the desired dimensions and thicknesses.
- Apply the appropriate coatings to the metal sheets and ensure optimal curing.
- Monitor the process from sheet to can and intervene where necessary to resolve any issues.
- Perform first-line maintenance on the machines to ensure flawless operation.
- Continuously check process parameters to maintain the highest quality.

What do we expect from you as an operator?
- Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system, depending on workload.
- Passion for learning and development; no diplomas required, but eagerness to learn is a must.
- Experience in a similar environment or strong technical affinity.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food regulations, as our products serve the food industry.
