Machine Operator Beuningen (GE)

This company invents and creates innovative solutions for professional horticulture. With these solutions, they ensure simpler business processes, more efficient automation processes and added value for plants. For example, they produce high-quality thermoformed pots and containers, transport trays, seed trays, fresh-bed trays and bedding plant packs. All products are made responsibly and environmentally consciously.

You will work in 5 shifts with the following working hours: from 07:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00. 

As a Machine Operator, you will initially be engaged in the following:

• Holding quality checks;
• Packing products;
• And doing roll changes on the machines.

If you show that you have more to offer, an internal training programme will be waiting for you to develop into a Process Operator. As a Process Operator, you will still be packaging products but also:

• Troubleshooting;
• Assembling machines;
• Adjusting machines;
• Starting up machines;
• And continuously adjust the process to achieve optimal output. 

To start as a Machine Operator, the following is required of you:

• You hold an MBO level 2 or 3 diploma, preferably in the field of engineering;
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty;
• Preferably 1 or 2 years' experience in a production environment;
• You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one;
• You are willing to take internal and external refresher courses;
• And you have an affinity with technology. 

When you start your new challenge, you can expect the following:

• A gross hourly wage between €13.62 and €15.62 based on 34.4 hours per week;
• Working in 5 shifts;
• And a shift bonus of 29% per hour.
