You will work as Operator / Production Worker MIM at a large plastic production company in the Boxtel region. The company has several departments. This is a full-time position, working day shift. 

As an Operator / Production Worker MIM, you will perform various production tasks and quality control. Depending on the job and the product, you will either work with your hands or use machines. You will perform control activities within the total production process and always know how to take into account the applicable standards and requirements. Accuracy, given the fine work, is therefore very important. When problems threaten to arise, you are able to take appropriate measures. You will also prepare products independently.

As an Operator / Production Worker MIM, you will bring with you:

• Geometric understanding, technical dexterity and computer skills in Word and/or Excel; 
• Independence and a solution-oriented mindset;
• A good command of the Dutch language.
