You will be working at a company based in the Boxtel region, active in plastic production. The products of this company – which currently employs about 130 people – are intended for the medical industry. The position of Cleanroom Employee is for +/- 34 hours a week. You will be working in a 5-shift system.

As a Cleanroom Employee, you will be responsible within the production department of this company for ensuring the production progress and packaging of products. You control and monitor the quality and quantity of the product and are able to quickly identify errors and malfunctions, such as scratches, damages and unevenness. When something is not right, you try to solve it yourself as much as possible! You also ensure that the workplace is always tidy.

You are suitable to work as a Cleanroom Employee if you:

• Can work neatly and accurately and preferably have relevant work experience in a production environment;
• Are solution- and improvement-oriented and open to further development;
• Are able to work independently, proactive and sociable.
