What will you be doing?

Your role? As a financial officer, you'll experience an ideal mix of tasks in the financial and administrative domains. Alongside a great team of three colleagues, you'll handle all tasks within the financial department, supporting one another. You'll report directly to the finance director, ensuring efficient communication and a pleasant working atmosphere. And energy won't be lacking, as our sports drink not only provides essential vitamins but also gives your brain a boost.

Your tasks will include:

·       Processing incoming (digital) mail and invoices

·       Sending out sales invoices via the system

·       Regular contact with our (international) customers

·       Handling bank transactions and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable

·       Processing expense claims and credit card payments

As a financial officer at YANGA Sports Water in Breda, your responsibility is to ensure perfect administration. You work meticulously and appreciate having everything in order. Taking on the tasks that come your way is second nature to you. You enjoy learning new things and excel at prioritizing. Additionally, you have or are:

·       A completed vocational education (level 4) in a (financial) administrative direction

·       Experience working with financial software packages like Microsoft Business Central

·       Some work experience in a similar role

·       Team-oriented, proactive, and communicatively adept

·       Proficient in English, supplemented with preferably Spanish or French.
