The Company
Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.

Role Description
As a IT Project Manager you will be responsible for IT related projects to ensure solutions reliability, organization readiness and sustainability for the company’s ongoing functional, geographical, and operational expansion.

Responsibilities
– Manage communication, preparation, and implementation of IT Platform Life Cycle.
– Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage changes and conflicts.
– Ensure cross functional business readiness including updates to process and procedures (SOP’s).
– Review and verify that the final project deliverables meet the business / project needs.
– Ensuring compliance with practices, policies, procedures, legal requirements and goals of project sponsors and approved methodologies, develop supporting documentation and monitor budget tracking, timelines, and scheduled resources.
– Ensure that the Project plan meet the business / project needs and solution is integrated to existing processes.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field, for instance Industrial Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Automation Engineering.
–  Proven experience of project management in a cross functional environment within IT or Engineering. Demonstrated leadership skills.
– Good experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), various Process Control Systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Plant Information Systems applications and software.
– Demonstrated experience managing project portfolios and leading prioritization discussions in a GMP environment.
