The Role
The Talent Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity where you get to help our clients find the right people. It is a very diverse role where you work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs but also have a coordinating role where you keep an eye on the details and quality of the vacancies. You will use your service-oriented and analytical skills to improve and reach the goals of all parties involved.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships that promote positive client and employee engagement, regularly checkin with both parties, and use your analytical, service-oriented, and problem-solving skills to solve the problem or escalate when necessary.
  • When needed, offer technical support to clients and candidates, teach them how to use the recruitment systems, and fix small problems.
  • Perform the whole recruitment cycle; consult with hiring managers and determine sourcing strategy, review CVs, find the right match between clients and candidates, negotiate contracts, coordinate and schedule interviews, and prepare candidates for their interviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Knowledge of VMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, able to multitask while keeping an eye on the details.
  • Preferably knowledge of labor law and experience in people management (or ability to develop this skill).
