Senior Mechatronics Engineer

Role Description
Your role as a Senior Mechatronics Engineer you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team, driving forward our state-of-the-art projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deploy new products, system upgrades, and equipment installations within our advanced labelling and packaging lines, working collaboratively within project teams.
- Ensure high-quality deployment of projects, considering the asset lifecycle and complexity of each endeavor.
- Serve as the electrical/mechatronics expert for maintenance, engineering, and project teams, providing guidance and technical insight.
- Assess complex problems related to processes or equipment, recommending, and implementing effective solutions.
- Independently plan and execute all maintenance and engineering tasks within assigned projects.
- Draft test protocols, conduct technical evaluations, and submit comprehensive technical assessment reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Equipment Engineering, Automation, Digital, Validation, QA, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or related technological field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in operations/manufacturing environments.
- Profound disciplinary knowledge in electrical/mechatronics engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management techniques.
- Excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus.
