As a Telecom Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive telecommunications solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to understand customer requirements, develop architecture strategies, and drive successful solution implementations. Your expertise in telecommunications technologies, industry trends, and customer engagement will be instrumental in shaping our service offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Design end-to-end architecture for telecom solutions, considering scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Develop detailed solution designs, including network diagrams, technical specifications, and integration plans. Where extensions or new features are required, you will analyze the scope and validity and make an informed decision on feasibility.
• Assist in the development, testing and deployment phase of all new features
• Lead on all integration projects involving preparing and leading workshops, answering complex queries, compiling a detailed HLD and documenting an SDD.
• Work closely with fellow architects, development team, testing team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless solution implementations, including brainstorming sessions and regular update meetings.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the sales and delivery process, specifically on integration questions
• Stay updated with the latest telecom technologies, industry trends, and emerging standards to drive innovation and enhance our service portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the creation of automated test scenarios and provide recommendations for optimizing telecom solutions
• Collaborate with product management teams to provide input on new product development and feature enhancements and roadmap designs based on customer needs and market demands, including road
• Lead on a telecom training plan for other members of the team. This will involve training to colleagues and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including VoIP, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, Unified Communications, and Cloud-based services.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, security, and telephony systems.
• Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or TOGAF, are highly desirable.
