As the leader of our software division, you lead a skilled team, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless software development. You bridge departments and scrutinize new developments for innovation and feasibility. With a focus on quality, you craft architectures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold excellence.

De vacature

• You lead the software analysts, software support, and testing team
• You supervise the work and solve technical issues
• You are the link between the different teams and product manager
• You are responsible for the Software Development Lifecycle including sprint planning or software releases
• You check feasibility and expectations of new development
• You challenge the requirements
• You draft applicative architecture and protect our guidelines
• You coordinate with the software development team
• You coordinate with external services suppliers
• You guarantee and protect overall quality of the development

Hier gaan we vanuit

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science (or equivalent through experience)
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Technical lead
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience as application Architect
  • You once were a developer
• Familiar with waterfall and Agile/Scrum development
• Familiar with system architecture and design principles
• Languages: Native speaker (C2) French or Dutch, with a very good level of the non-native language and English (C1)
• Ability to work in a small but dynamic team
• Project Management Proficiency is a must
• Self-organizing, proven ability to work in a SME
• You are able to transfer knowledge to support and operations
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Curiosity, energy and resistance to stress are also part of your skills
• You are analytical, able to anticipate business and strategic evolution
• You are diplomatic and consider yourself a born negotiator
• Solution minded and focused: driven to getting things done and solved and are not afraid to rolling up your sleeves. Never gives up.

Over DPA Services:

The two professional organizations OVB (Orde van Vlaamse Balies) and OBFG (Ordre des Barreaux Francophones et Germanophone), in cooperation with Diplad, created the "Digital Platform for Attorneys" (DP-A).
