As an experienced Scrum Master, you are the professional that brings Scrum into practice to enable a good way of working within our Product Development teams.

As Scrum Master, you will be part of our Product Development department, which currently exists of about 120 colleagues that work together on our newest Priva innovations. Within Product Development, we work with self organizing teams according to the agile and scrum way of working. You will be part of the Team(s) that work on the development of a new strategical Product,and helpthose development teams to realize their potential to the fullest.

Priva started as a hardware company and transformed into an innovative software company that grew to become the global market leader in horticulture and building automation. Today we are a high-tech company that develops hardware, software and digital services in the field of climate control, energy-saving and optimal reuse of water. We do this for horticulture, indoor and city farming, as well as utility buildings such as offices, retail, hotels and hospitals.

Our next step is to conquer the digital domain and become a digital service provider, selling subscriptions to "climate as a service".

How you add value

You will help our Product Development teams to apply Scrum correctly, working closely with stakeholders and other Scrum Masters.

You will be guarding the Scrum Framework and the Agile mindset within Product Development. By advising, helping and facilitating, you guide the development teams in becoming more and more mature. You're the driving force behind encouraging teams to constantly improve and work together, both within their own group and across teams and you do this with great facilitation and coaching skills.

You will be guiding two development teams. If necessary, you will facilitate scrum events and help the teams with improving their development practices and make value delivery transparant and predictable.

Who you are
You are an experienced Scrum Master who prefers working in a dynamic environment. You can easily switch between tasks and are good at advising, guiding, and training colleagues and teams. What else do you bring?

• A bachelor's degree and at leastfive years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• You have a good understanding of software development practices and methods;
• A Scrum Master certification PSM I or CSM I (PSM II would be even better);
• Affinity for software and/or hardware development is a big plus;
• You are fluent in English, Dutch is nice to have.

What you get

In numbers:

• A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 5.000,- and € 6.000,- based on 40 hours a week;
• We find a healthy work-life balance necessary: working flexible hours combined with 30 vacation days a year and the option to buy more;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Travel allowance of € 0,23/km with a daily maximum of 150 kilometer;
• Possibility to work hybride remote.
