who are you

As assistant production manager, you will play a key role in supervising and managing production activities. You value quality and safety and work meticulously. You have an eye for detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills. You enjoy working in a team and you are skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with colleagues.

• Preferred: BS degree or higher, 5+ years of electronic or computer industry work experience
• Needed: understanding of computer/server assembly, experience with electronic and computer components testing and inspection
• You are a highly motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

what will you do

You will manage inventories, quality yields, and production schedules in your capacity as assistant production manager. Also, it will be your duty to make sure that everyone in the team follow the rules. By doing this, you guarantee ongoing development of every component of production.

• regulate inventory levels, quality yields, and daily production schedules.
• Manage and oversee team members to ensure compliance with company regulations and ongoing progress in all facets of production.
• Create delivery strategies based on client needs.

where will you work

Super Micro is a global leader in high server technology and innovation of IT. The servers are built in their own production department which is located in 's-Hertogenbosch. This takes place in the warehouse department and for this department we are looking for several candidates!
