As the Lead AI/ML Engineer at Caide, you will be at the forefront of our AI activities, driving the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions within our flagship product. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from chatbot creation to training and hosting large language models. You will ensure our infrastructure is scalable, efficient, and secure, supporting the seamless integration of AI and ML components into our product offerings. Additionally, you will address the complex needs of integrating LLMs, ensuring a seamless and effective deployment. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing the capabilities of our sales automation tool, making it smarter, faster, and more reliable.

Your role

• Lead the development and integration of AI and ML technologies within our flagship product, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Design and implement scalable machine learning models and LLM solutions, focusing on optimising performance and user experience.
• Oversee the entire AI lifecycle, including data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment of our LLMs.
• Ensure the infrastructure supporting AI and ML operations is robust, secure, and capable of scaling with the company's growth.
• Incorporate REST API capabilities for model exposure, enhancing the accessibility and integration potential of our AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and incorporate cutting-edge technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Your profile

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects, with a portfolio of successful implementations.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and LLM optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding of scalable infrastructure for AI applications.
• Experience with REST API development and integration for AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
