In this role, you will be very important in the Slicing Department, especially in handling one of our Filet American packing lines. Your job includes cutting meat very carefully, making sure each piece meets special requirements for temperature and thickness. You'll also watch over the packaging process, make sure everything is labeled right, and work closely with your team to get things done on time. You'll manage both long and short lines and might work with packing robots. Plus, you'll check the quality of the meat slices and solve any problems quickly. As an Operator Filet, you will play a crucial role in the Slicing Department, specifically managing one of our packing lines dedicated to Filet American. This position involves the meticulous slicing of meat products, each with unique cutting temperature and thickness specifications. The Operator Filet will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process, ensuring proper labeling, and collaborating closely with team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Slicing Operations: Execute precise slicing of premium meats, including rosbief and grilled worst, meeting specified temperature and thickness requirements.
  • Packing Line Management: Manage and operate one of our packing lines for Filet American, overseeing both long and short lines, with or without packing robots.
  • Labeling and Packaging: Monitor and change sticker/label rolls to guarantee accurate labeling and packaging of products according to established standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with operators on the container-filling side of the production line to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality of sliced products and address any issues promptly to maintain high standards.
  • Timely Production: Ensure that all products are packed and labeled on time, meeting production schedules and customer delivery expectations.


Gevraagd

  • Proven experience as a slicer or operator in a meat processing environment.
  • Familiarity with different slicing techniques and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in executing slicing tasks.
  • Are you ready to work in low temp. 7 degrees
  • You are able to lift 5 to 8 kg and able to stand for a longer time.
  • You are interested in production work, and want to be part of the process.
  • You are enthusiastic and motivated.
  • You are flexible in hours and agree with working overtime when necessary.
  • You are able to communicate in English ( B1/B2) level.
