Project Manager – Yacht Equipment

Function

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion for their esteemed clients. This role involves managing processes from design to delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for client project leaders and coordinating with internal departments. You’ll work closely with the Project Management team, ensuring the seamless delivery of custom-made yacht equipment and propeller shafts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes and identify risks.
• Coordinate change management between the client and our client.
• Prepare quotations and manage orders.
• Ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Provide comprehensive project reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with yacht construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Completed HBO education with experience in project-based work.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Results-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in sales and account management is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and technology is an advantage.
