Your job will be to help plants grow by watering them, tying them up, and removing dry leaves. You'll work in a team at our Dinteloord location, where we grow new vegetable types. Do you enjoy working with your hands and have a green thumb? Then join us in May as a seasonal crop care assistant and work together in a team to nurture the growth of new crops.

Functie

As a crop care assistant, you'll be responsible for nurturing various crops in the greenhouses or outdoors on a daily basis. At our location in Dinteloord, we cultivate new types of vegetables, and you'll be in charge of their care. 

Your daily tasks will include:

• Watering the plants
• Tying up the plants 
• Removing dry leaves 
• Eventually harvesting 

The working hours are as follows:

Week 19 to 35 

Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 14:30 

Friday 07:00 - 14:30

Week 36 to 44 

Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 

Friday 07:00 - 14:30

Wat wij vragen

• You can handle physical work, including lifting, walking, and bending. 
• You are proficient in Dutch or English.

As a seasonal crop care assistant, you enjoy hands-on work. You're motivated and thrive in a team environment.

Wat wij bieden

As a seasonal crop care assistant, you can join the team of crop care assistants at our Dinteloord location starting from May. 

We offer:

• An hourly wage of €14.77
• A temporary contract for 6 months
• A fun time with great colleagues
• Reimbursement of travel expenses at €0.23 per km.

Over de opdrachtgever

Our client is a breeder, which means they develop new vegetable varieties. The seeds are sold worldwide, positioning them at the beginning of the food chain. You'll be working in a team of fellow crop care assistants, collectively focused on nurturing the crops. The client has a large area of greenhouses in Dinteloord, easily accessible from Steenbergen and Roosendaal.
