For a dynamic and international organisation based in Dordrecht, active in the manufacturing and production sector. We are looking for a Financial Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of various bookings, check the turn over cost, period of closing and the preparation of annual accounts. Within this position you will support on the implementation of a new ERP system.

Description

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments;
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements;
• Review and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness;
• Prepare financial reports and analyses as requested by management;
• Assist with external audits by providing supporting documentation and responding to audit inquiries;
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and identify and implement process improvements where necessary;
• Keep in contact with the external auditor to take care of the tax return;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial goals.

Gevraagd

* You have MBO or HBO degree in accounting or finance;
* 2-3 years of experience in Accounting;
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software systems;
* Experience in systems (Power BI) will be considerate;
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
* You are fluent in English language, both writing and speaking.
