Responsibilities
• Collaborate with job seekers to assess their abilities, interests, and career aspirations
• Develop personalized plans to help job seekers achieve their employment goals
• Assist job seekers in accessing community resources and support services
• Conduct mock interviews to prepare job seekers for real-life employment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify suitable job openings for job seekers
• Support employees in improving their job performance through feedback, skill-building, and resources.
• Conduct assessments to identify employees' strengths, interests, and areas for development in order to tailor coaching plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are clearly defined and realistic.
• Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators to identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate with different teams to allocate resources and ensure that project tasks are assigned appropriately.

• Driving license
• Language knowledge: Polish B2
• Language knowledge: English B2 or Dutch B2
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in career counseling, job placement, or a related role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate employees.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Solid understanding of community resources and support services
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
