We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, distribution of goods, team management, safety compliance, and optimization of space and equipment for offshore wind projects.

Tasks & responsibilities: 

• Oversee all warehouse operations as directed by the Logistics and Warehouse Lead.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods for projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation throughout the supply chain and coordinate with stakeholders such as suppliers and transport companies.
• Optimise warehouse space and equipment storage, maintain digital records and comply with health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines.
• Supervise the waste stream according to company guidelines and assist in equipment maintenance with the technical superintendent.
• Support recruitment efforts and lead employee coaching and task assignment. 

Gevraagd

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Offshore, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the marine or offshore sector.
• Understanding of regulations applicable to the offshore industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CAD software for engineering and design. 
• Strong communication skills, organised workflow management, and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in English.
• Agile, forward-thinking, and pragmatic approach.
