Technisch auteur (DAF Learning & development specialist)

Het DAF Service Training Center is gelegen op het DAF-terrein in Eindhoven net als de Productie, Test-, Onderhouds- & Ontwikkelcentra en de afdelingen Marketing & Sales, IT, Inkoop en Paccar Parts. Hierdoor is alle expertise dichtbij, zijn er korte en laagdrempelige communicatielijnen en ben je altijd en direct op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen en nieuwste technieken.

De afdeling Dealer Workshop Services is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van alle technische informatie, technische trainingen en Diagnose equipment die onze klanten en dealers nodig hebben om Trucks te kunnen onderhouden en repareren. DAF ontwikkelt tevens Electrische voertuigen. Deze speciale voertuigen wijken af van de “reguliere” DAF voertuigen. Zowel aan deze voertuigen als ook aan de technische informatie en training informatie worden speciale eisen gesteld.

Functieomschrijving

Als Learning & development specialist speel je de sleutelrol binnen dit speciale project, bij de ontwikkeling van Service trainingen en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste technische voertuiginformatie en informatie van de toeleveranciers wordt verzameld en verwerkt tot trainingsdocumentatie.

• Je bent samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van Training Support materialen en (technische) trainingsmodules.
• Een groot gedeelte van je werkzaamheden bestaat uit:
• Contacten leggen en onderhouden met development engineers en toeleveranciers
• Het ophalen van juiste technische informatie/documentatie
• Het ontwikkelen en schrijven van trainingsdocumentatie
• Het ontwikkelen van e-Learning content
• Als Learning & development specialist rapporteer je aan de Manager Service Training.

Functie-eisen

• Je beschikt over een technische HBO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld PTH of HTS voertuigtechniek en bezit didactische en redactionele vaardigheden.
• Je hebt affiniteit met de automotive techniek en in het bijzonder met DAF
• Ervaring met truckopbouw en truck componenten is een pre
• Je bent bekend met het werken met externe toeleveranciers
• Je beheerst de Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift
• Ervaring met video bewerking is een pre
