We are seeking a Process Engineer for their Engine Integration Development department, responsible for engine and aftertreatment development. The role involves standardizing and improving processes, creating and maintaining Development Engine Test Standards, and facilitating documentation reviews.


| Your challenges?
  • Standardize and continuously improve department processes and work instructions to increase quality and reduce lead time.
  • Create and maintain the Development Engine Test Standards together with the technical experts.
  • Maintain high level plan of deliverable / documentation availability from department and project perspective.
  • Facilitate and moderate documentation reviews together with (technical) engineers.

In this position you will report to the Engineering Supervisor of Certification Development.


| What do we expect from you?
  • Master degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in development of engine and aftertreatment systems.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining procedures for a team of technical experts

This person has the following competences:

  • Process minded and structured way of thinking.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining procedures.
  • Domain knowledge on engine and after treatment development.
  • Experience with Six Sigma like green and lean belt.
  • i.e., DMAIC, Design for Six Sigma, process improvement.
  • Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing.
