Your challenges?

As an Information Security Project Manager at Philips, you will spearhead end-to-end (E2E) security projects and programs across the organization, ensuring that our business objectives are robustly supported and enabled by our Security initiatives. Your mission will be to guarantee that our Security operations achieve operational excellence, aligning with the high expectations of our stakeholders. You will be tasked with maintaining the satisfaction of the business units with Philips Security services and solutions while also ensuring that costs are kept within target limits. This role places you at the heart of our Information Security domains and projects execution team within Group Security, where you will drive execution on multiple information security capabilities across different domains enterprise-wide.

Your tasks

We expect you to have moderate to advanced knowledge in these fields:

• Lead E2E security projects and programs across Philips, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
• Ensure that Security operations meet our high standards and expectations, achieving satisfaction across the business with Philips Security services and solutions.
• Manage projects ensuring that costs are aligned with targets.
• Work with a large number of stakeholders within Philips and coordinate with external vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, SNOW, and others, leveraging these relationships to enhance our security posture.
• Collaborate with teams across different domains within the enterprise to drive information security capabilities.
• Responsible for delivering systems, solutions, or products on time, within budget, and scope, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Embrace and benefit from a hybrid working model, which includes spending at least 3 days working from the office and up to 2 days working from home, allowing for flexibility and international collaboration.
