Who you are

As an event manager, you have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. You are flexible and adaptible to work in a fast-paced and dynamix environment. Besides, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

What will you do

As an event manager you have a proficiency in budget management and cost analysis. You have the ability to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination and management. You are good in communicating and it is a plus if you have experience with virtual platforms and technologies. Besides; the following tasks will be part of the job:

• Develop, manage, and execute live and web-based events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, marketing, and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and alignment with overall marketing objectives
