Young e-commerce company focusing on the dropshipping model. They are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to manage a new warehouse in China.
Tasks:
Managing the team;
checking the inflow and outflow of goods;
maintain goods administration;
maintaining contacts with customers;
manage inventory;
ensure safety.

Gevraagd

• You have a logistics, business administration degree or equivalent (advantage);
• You have experience simplifying dropshipping (sourcing, packaging and shipping your branded products directly to the customer's door) and sourcing products from China;
• You are expert/experienced in the activities of a China warehouse for dropshipping logistics;
• You can manage, motivate and delegate tasks to a team;
• You know your responsibilities;
• You always observe the safety protocols together with your team;
• Ability to communicate well with collaborating factories on site.
• You can speak and write the Chinese language;
• You live in China.

Salary and benefits:
• Competitive salary (in the first three months via a fixed hourly rate + % of the profit sharing scheme or per hour rate and % of the commission is negotiable)
• Part-time/Full-time option based on various contract types (also freelance)
• Flexible working; Partly it is possible to work remotely because the activities take place worldwide, but also on site because we work from the warehouse.
