We are looking for you to join our motivated team of engineers. Your main focus will be to develop new functionality on top of Factry Historian and other Factry products, especially related to UI/UX.

• Develop and enhance new and existing features of our products, using Go and the Svelte JS framework as languages, with detail to the UI/UX experience of our end-users
• Collaborate with the product team to come up with ideas of the overall architecture of the solution
• Participate in the design of new software components
• Solve tangible business problems together with our team
• Perform advanced code reviews and give more complete & valuable feedback on merge requests to colleagues, based on Coding Guidelines of Factry
• Participate in expanding the Factry Coding Guidelines, specifically (but not exclusively) aimed at guidelines regarding UI/UX
• Critically perform QA testing of User Stories during the development cycle, from the perspective of the end-user, using its acceptance criteria as a main guideline
• Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve daily issues and improve performance
• Actively collaborate in code refactoring and re-architectures to improve the software experience, maintainability and performance

• You're motivated to understand and solve hard problems.
• You have a master's degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent, and 3+ years of relevant experience. Industrial experience is a plus.
• Making beautiful frontends is your thing. You have experience in UI/UX, know your way around CSS, but you can also provide the necessary backend logic and write an SQL query.
• You are eager to expand your knowledge with modern programming languages and frameworks, such as Go(lang) and Svelte.
• You have a couple of years of experience in software development.
• Cloud experience is a plus.
• You're a motivated learner who is open to learning any new technology. You know how to google things.
• You have a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset, thinking beyond today’s needs.
