Role Description
As an Associate Director of Maintenance Engineering hold a key position in guaranteeing the optimal availability and functionality of installations, systems, and buildings within our Maintenance department. This pivotal role involves overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance activities in alignment with GMP guidelines, with a core focus on maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing downtime, and enhancing overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

Responsibilities
– Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives, providing guidance and direction to the Maintenance team.
– Optimize maintenance strategies, manage budgets, supervise the maintenance team, and collaborate with other departments to enhance production processes.
– Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, safety regulations, and industry standards, as well as readiness for audits and inspections.
– Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (master’s degree preferred)
– Experience in maintenance leadership within pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment.
– In-depth knowledge of maintenance strategies, TPM, Six Sigma, and Lean principles
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
