 Role description
As a Complex Compounding Operator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing our bulk products. Your work will serve as the foundation for the fill-finish department, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical batches. Your responsibilities will include dispensing, compounding, and filtrating our products across the Manufacturing Operations department. Your efforts directly impact the delivery of lifesaving and enhancing medications to patients every day, a responsibility that you can take pride in.
Responsibilities:
-Set up and start up equipment and processes following cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
-Dispense, compound, and filtrate sterile products.
-Assist in basic equipment maintenance as instructed by the Engineering team.
-Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and good working practices to minimize accidents/incidents.
-Perform operational duties to enhance the overall quality of the final product.
-Maintain good housekeeping standards within your area(s) and in accordance with cGMP.
-Actively troubleshoot and resolve process issues quickly and effectively, contributing to the achievement of site performance targets.
-Report any instances of non-conformance to the management team.
-Complete batch and associated manufacturing documentation accurately the first time, following SOPs and ensuring compliance with cGMP.
Qualifications:
-bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related Science field
-Solid technical and problem-solving abilities applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
-Effective communication skills in Dutch or English.
-Capable of establishing and achieving high performance standards for oneself and team members.
-Experience in batch manufacturing (dispensing, compounding) within a highly regulated industry such as food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similar environments
