We are looking for process operators for the bakery! In the position of Process Operator Industrial Bakery you are responsible for starting up the production process in an industrial bakery. You operate and maintain process machines and of course you ensure that the process machines are sparkling clean. You mix and process dough mass and sprinkles, taking into account the specifications and quality requirements. You are also responsible for the setting and covering of baked products. In a team with process operators and production employees, you together ensure the proper execution of work on the production line. You will generally work day shifts or two shifts, but you may be asked to work a night shift when busy. However, this is only necessary for a few weeks in the year and you always have the freedom to choose. In short, a very varied and interesting position, in which you can learn a lot and develop yourself further.

You will work for one of the largest producers within the Confectionery Industry. The production hall and head office are in Harderwijk; this is where you will work. The company started in 1880 and since 1958 they are located in Harderwijk. This company produces a wide range of snacks, kruidnoten & taai-taai, biscuits with or without chocolate, wafers, crispbread and children's biscuits. Almost all private label biscuits in supermarkets in Northwestern Europe come from this company!

• MBO 2 or 3 work and thinking level.
• Good command of the English or Dutch language.
• Technical (mechanical) insight.
• HACCP and other food safety requirements.
• Background in the food or technology sector and/or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
