As a process operator, your main responsibility will be to set up and operate machines according to specified work orders and internal procedures. Working in a collaborative team environment with approximately 1000 colleagues, you will have the opportunity to propose process improvements and contribute to our continuous growth. Flexibility is essential as you will be required to work in 3- and 4 shift rotations, and occasionally on Saturdays.
