In the crucial role as Foundry Operator you are responsible for accurately and efficiently carrying out casting processes within a specialized foundry environment. Are you a real professional and can you take responsibility? Then the role of Foundry Operator is something for you!

Within the foundry department, tasks take place regarding product control, trimming and drumming of the cast parts. The Foundry Operator is obliged to comply with regulations regarding the environment, working conditions and safety during this work. In addition, the Foundry Operator plays an essential role in ensuring product quality and integrity according to established work instructions and inspection regulations. The execution of these tasks is guided by the instructions of the team leader. You are also responsible for the cleanliness and order in and around the workplace, including removing punching and cutting residues, reporting leaks and disposing of rejected products.

• Relevant experience as an operator in the foundry department;
  
• MBO+ working and thinking level;
  
• Technical competence;
  
• Knowledge of the quality system, inspection regulations and work instructions;
  
• Proactive attitude;
  
• Ability to communicate in Dutch, English or German.

• Full-time job of 40 hours per week;
  
• Starting salary of at least € 14.17 per hour + 17.50% surcharge on each hour;
  
• Working in 3 shifts (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM); Travel allowance;
