Your role

As a Senior/Medior cloud engineer you will contribute to state of the art cloud applications that are built with modern technologies;

As a Senior/Medior DevOps engineer you will help build pipelines that not only build applications but also manage the infrastructure;

You can anticipate the needs of the business by applying your knowledge practically to new or existing projects;

You proactively propose optimisations and make proposals for architecture that support the sustainability of your solution;

You make smart use of various cloud services that offer added value to your project;

You think about topics such as security, scalability, delivery and much more;

You work closely together in a team with various colleagues from development and business;

You actively share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues within the team and also know how to benefit from this knowledge exchange. Together we grow!

Your profile

Required Skills:

You have practical experience with at least 1 of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)

Experience within a Linux environment

You fluently speak scripting languages like Bash, Python, Javascript, Go…

amiliar with automation tools (preferably Ansible)

Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with CI/CD and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab pipelines, BitBucket pipelines, ArgoCD, …)

Practical experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)

Knowledge of networking and security

Experience with monitoring/observability solutions

Familiar with Git

Supporter of agile working with the familiar tools (Jira, Confluence)

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL)

Preferred Skills:

Cloud Certificates

CKA/CKD certificates

Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.

Windows Server experience
