Your Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reports and facilitate discussions with department managers.
- Support budgeting processes and act as a sparring partner for business units.
- Participate in data discussions, conduct analyses, and drive financial innovation.
- Translate organizational strategy into practical objectives.
- Analyze and improve processes, implementing practical enhancements.
- Collaborate constructively with business stakeholders.

- Minimum HBO-level education in Controlling.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent Dutch language skills.
